Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients through their fertility journey. You will assist with procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

The position is full-time and onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with standard Monday–Friday hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates should have a Medical Assistant program completion and a current BLS/CPR certification, plus EMR experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program strongly preferred.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
• Ultrasound experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
• Hourly rate: final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Ohio in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, onsite role working Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update their information.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including patient check-in and other administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and seamless patient experience.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and ready.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program strongly preferred.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience & Skills:
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
