Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patients through every step of their fertility journey.

You will assist clinicians with procedures, educate patients, and help manage EMR and patient flow in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, onsite role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with holiday and weekend rotation, and a competitive hourly wage along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and vision

About the Role

The Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assistantyou will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - California in Los Angeles, CA . This is a full-time, onsite role, with scheduled hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with required holidays and weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update their information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and ready.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification from an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred but not required.
  • Maintain current BLS certification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Fertility or women's health experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to empathize with patients
• Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
