Pinnacle Fertility in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Medical Assistant to support patients through their fertility journey. You will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

This full-time, onsite position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a comprehensive benefits package supporting healthcare, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant program preferred but not required.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Take vital signs, draw blood, and administer injections as needed.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are stocked.
• Document patient information and maintain EMR records.
• Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

As a Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Michigan in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred but not required.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility:
  • Willingness to work at various locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
