Venus AI is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Salt Lake City territory. You will manage accounts, develop pipelines, and conduct regular calls and meetings to meet revenue targets.

Demonstrated success in medical aesthetics sales and strong relationship-building are essential. You will educate customers on laser and RF devices, perform product demonstrations, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside B2B medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
• Experience selling lasers, RF and minimally invasive tech to Dermatologists/Med Spas.
• Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with deadlines.
• Familiar with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage territory, drive sales, increase customer base and market share.
• Develop pipelines, conduct cold calls, book meetings and run meetings daily.
• Educate customers on product lineup and perform product demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and compile reports; support installations.
• Meet sales targets and forecast results; collaborate with Inside Sales and Training.
