Revision Skincare® is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue in the Orange County territory. You will lead consultative selling of anti-aging skincare solutions and build long-term partnerships with physicians and medical aesthetics practices.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sale optimization, and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams. Occasional travel within the territory is required; the role offers competitive compensation and

Qualifications

3+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role.
Demonstrated success using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
Ability to travel up to 60% within territory locally and for national meetings.

Responsabilités

Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers.
Develop an annual business plan that drives practitioner engagement and patient demand generation, including events and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast business performance.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and educational programs.
