Revision Skincare in Nashville seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue in the physician and medical aesthetics market, driving consultative selling and managing the full sales cycle. This role serves TN, KY, IN and OH with up to 60% travel, and collaboration with marketing, operations and clinical teams to expand practitioner engagement and patient demand.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in a quota-driven sales role is required; strong communication, strategic

3+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role.
Experience with consultative and value-based selling techniques.
Able to travel up to 60% within territory for local and national meetings.

Responsabilités

Drive revenue growth and expand market share within physician and medical aesthetics markets.
Prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts; build relationships with physicians and practice managers.
Develop annual business plan to drive practitioner engagement and patient demand.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to optimize customer experience.
