Revision Skincare® in Raleigh, North Carolina, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the physician and medical aesthetics marketplace. The role covers consultative selling of anti-aging skincare, building long-term partnerships, and delivering excellent customer experiences across the Raleigh territory.

The ideal candidate will reside in Raleigh, be able to travel up to 60%, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale optimization while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in a quota‑driven role.
• Demonstrated success using consultative and value‑based selling techniques.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within territory locally and for national meetings.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision‑makers.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations leveraging clinical data and brand strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast business plans.
