Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the clinical team.
• Assist with welcoming new residents and act as liaison between facility and insurance agencies.
• Facilitate changes/updates in the EMR (electronic medical record) and scheduling workflows.
• Contribute to PBJ reporting and other department projects.
