Job summary
Winona Health seeks a Trained Medication Assistant to support Lake Winona Manor in Winona, MN. This 1.0 FTE role administers medications under nurse direction and helps residents with daily activities. Days/evenings, with every 4th weekend and alternating holidays, offer stable on-site scheduling.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
- TMA course or completed LPN/RN course medication administration class.
- CPR certification required.
- Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Cerner/EMR databases.
Responsibilities
- Administrate medications following the 5 rights: drug, dose, resident, time, route.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in medication administration with critical thinking.
- Report concerns or changes in resident conditions to the licensed nurse.
- Participate in and complete daily activities of daily living for residents.
- Communicate clearly and follow instructions accurately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the unit.
