Position Overview:
This position exists for the purpose of providing not only direct resident care with a strong emphasis on geriatrics, but also to administer medications in cooperation with and under the direction of a licensed nurse. Employees will be able to utilize and follow the resident plan of care, which includes short- and long-term goals. Employees will possess strong communication skills and work well on a team to enhance resident care, safety and dignity.
