Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training provided.

• Strong mathematical, logical and analytical abilities in financial management.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicaid recertifications for residents and families.
• Enter and update tracking tool weekly for Medicaid recertifications.
• Prepare financial forms for submission, follow-up and corrections.
• Communicate clearly with clients, co-workers and management.
• Perform routine calculations and generate reports.
• Review department budgets for accuracy.
• Enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
• Audit financial statements related to Medicaid and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist the financial director with regular reports.
• Adhere to financial policies and attend meetings.
