• Process Medicaid recertifications for residents and families.
• Enter and update tracking tool weekly and as needed.
• Prepare financial forms for submission, follow-up and corrections.
• Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and management.
• Perform routine calculations and generate financial reports.
• Review department budgets and ensure adherence.
• Enter data for financial spreadsheets and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist the financial director with regular reporting.
