Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training provided.
• 1 year of experience in finance.
• Mathematical, logical, and analytical skills; financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact and assist residents/family members with Medicaid recertifications.
• Enter and update tracking tool for Medicaid recertifications weekly.
• Process and prepare financial forms for submission, follow-up, and corrections.
• Maintain solid written and verbal communication with clients and coworkers.
• Perform routine calculations and reports.
• Review and adhere to department budgets.
• Collect and enter data for financial spreadsheets.
• Review and audit financial statements related to Medicaid.
• Reconcile discrepancies by consulting with staff and clients.
• Assist the financial director in creating financial reports as needed.
• Adhere to company financial policies and procedures.
