You will verify eligibility, process applications, and perform case maintenance while delivering professional customer support and ensuring timely resolutions. Strong communication, empathy, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support or client service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle complex service inquiries via telephone.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and screen applications; communicate with clients to collect missing information.
• Validate and calculate income, assess eligibility, and manage case referrals.

• Handle high volume inbound calls regarding Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF.
