Maximus is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Eligibility Specialist to handle high-volume inbound calls related to Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF. You will assist customers, answer questions, and resolve issues while processing applications and maintaining cases in the state eligibility system.

Qualifications

Experience handling high-volume inbound calls for social services programs (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues.
Ability to process applications and perform case maintenance in state systems.
