MO HealthNet Division in Cole County is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to oversee the Enrollment Broker and Premium Collections Vendor, ensuring contract deliverables align with policy and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate across units to implement EBPC changes and monitor performance, while supporting training and issue tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Enrollment Broker and Premium Collections (EBPC) Vendor and its contract deliverables.
• Collaborate with MHD Systems and Constituent Services to implement EBPC changes.
• Oversee EBPC implementation and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
• Monitor EBPC deliverables and business requirements documents.
• Assist in drafting and approving training materials for EBPC contact center.
• Monitor issues and bugs related to EBPC solution and SLA tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
