Job summary

Premier Healthcare LLC is seeking a Medicaid Specialist to support timely completion and review of Medicaid Pending applications. You will work with residents, families, and staff to gather required documentation and ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal standards.

You will coordinate with the Business Office and County offices to obtain verifications and assure accurate billing information for Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of work experience in Long Term Care.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and families to initiate Medicaid applications within 24–48 hours of admission.
• Educate on Medicaid process and document requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and HIPAA information.
