• Collaborate with MHD Systems and Constituent Services units to enact changes to EBPC Solution.
• Oversee EBPC implementation and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
• Monitor EBPC deliverables and business requirement documents.
• Support in drafting and approving training materials for the EBPC contact center.
