Job summary

HHS Tech Group seeks a Contract Manager for the Provider Services Module (PSM) to serve as the primary contact for vendor performance, ensuring compliance with state laws and contract obligations. The role focuses on managing the contract lifecycle, renewals, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience with state government Medicaid/MMIS initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience on a multi-million-dollar State Government Medicaid/MMIS initiative.
• Experience managing vendor performance and contractual compliance.
• Experience facilitating contract transactions and managing contract-related processes.
• Strong understanding of State Government contracting policies and procedures.
• Experience monitoring contract deliverables, renewals, and extensions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Provider Services Module Vendor performance under the Contract and ensure compliance with state laws, policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Make decisions binding to the Contract and ensure all obligations are met.
• Ensure compliance with state law, policies and procedures, and Contract terms.
• Facilitate Contract transactions upon Agency request.
• Monitor PSM Vendor compliance with general Contract specifications using analysis tools and other information sources.
• Oversee contract management activities to ensure renewal and extensions are handled properly.
