Job summary

PrimeWest Health is seeking an experienced Enrollment & COB Manager to lead enrollment, eligibility, and coordination of benefits across Medicaid, MinnesotaCare, Medicare D-SNP, and TPA lines. This role provides leadership to a dedicated team and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year degree, have 5+ years in healthcare enrollment operations, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and regulatory knowledge to navigate CMS and DHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant healthcare enrollment, eligibility, or operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, enrollment, eligibility, and COB processes.
• Understanding of CMS and DHS regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment, eligibility, and COB operations across Medicaid, MinnesotaCare, Medicare D-SNP, and TPA lines of business.
• Provide leadership to a dedicated team to ensure accurate, timely enrollment processes.
