Job summary

Townsquare Media in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Account Executive to own a book of business, grow new client relationships, and drive revenue through a consultative, full-cycle sales approach.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, collaborate with internal teams, and strive to exceed both personal and team goals in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• Ability to build relationships and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
