Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Odessa/Midland seeks experienced Account Executives for a full-time, in-office role. You will own a book of business, build relationships with local businesses, and close deals across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

Required are 2+ years of sales experience, a proven track record of meeting goals, and strong presentation and communication skills. You’ll collaborate with leadership to drive growth in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to identify and secure new business.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
