Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive in New Jersey to join our Shore sales team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients while maintaining existing relationships.

You will lead end-to-end campaigns across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, a proven ability to hit targets, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio of solutions (broadcast, digital, programmatic, events).
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual/team goals.
