Townsquare Media Group in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive. This full-time in-office role focuses on building a book of business, closing new clients, and managing ongoing accounts across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns while pursuing growth opportunities and hitting aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
