Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive for a full-time, in-office role in New Jersey. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business, presenting tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, cross-sell for greater ROI, and work toward ambitious sales targets. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent full portfolio: broadcast, digital, programmatic, events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach/ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution/strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet/exceed goals.
