Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive in Bismarck. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business with new clients and nurturing existing accounts.

You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored marketing strategies, and represent our broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorship solutions. A proven sales track record is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
