Qualifications

• Experience coordinating scheduling and timesheets.
• Maintain equipment reservation and records.
• Experience leading student workers or similar staff.
• Excellent organization and time-management.
• Proficiency with MacOS and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily student employee workflow for equipment checkout.
• Create and assign student projects and tasks.
• Maintain operational documentation and records.
• Coordinate onboarding and scheduling of student staff.
• Oversee reservation workflows and check-in processes.
• Support customer service and user guidance for equipment.
• Maintain equipment and patron records; escalate issues.
• Provide training and onboarding for student employees.
• Contribute to team discussions on process improvements.
