• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience with media production equipment.
• Experience providing customer service and resolving routine issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to onboard, train, and guide on procedures and checkout systems.
• Experience scheduling, timesheets, and performance documentation.
• Ability to maintain equipment reservation/checkout records.
• Experience leading student employees or similar personnel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily student employee workflow for equipment checkout operations.
• Creates, prioritizes, and assigns student projects and tasks.
• Maintains operational documentation, wiki content, scanning activities, and archival records.
• Coordinates day-to-day student employee administrative processes (interviews, hiring, schedules, timesheets).
• Oversees reservation workflows, including staging, pickup readiness, and check-in accuracy.
• Contributes to team discussions to improve daily operations and service consistency.
• Provides routine customer support, training, and guidance on reservations and returns.
• Maintains equipment records and tickets, escalating advanced issues as needed.
• Provides onboarding and basic training for student employees; coordinates advanced training.
