• Oversee reservation workflows and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Participate in team discussions to improve operations and service consistency.
• Provide routine user support and training on checkout policies and systems.
• Maintain equipment and patron records; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide onboarding and basic training for student staff.
