Job summary

TEGNA is seeking an Account Manager to support Account Executives by managing post-sale campaign implementation, maintenance, and review. You will interact with agencies and clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help identify opportunities for revenue growth.

The role focuses on client service, campaign fulfillment, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and research teams to deliver results across broadcast and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
• Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
• Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Account Executives on post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
• Interact with existing advertising agencies and direct clients for schedule maintenance and campaign fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay informed about products and processes.
