Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives for our Owensboro, KY sales team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business with local businesses, leveraging a mix of broadcast, digital, and event sponsorship solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing strategies that drive client success and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
