Kalesta Healthcare Group is seeking a Medication Aide to provide safe medication administration and direct resident care in an Assisted Living setting. You will follow physician orders, document in eMAR/TAR, and monitor for changes in residents’ conditions.

The role includes assisting with ADLs, maintaining dignity and privacy, and communicating with the care team. Certification and CPR/First Aid are required or obtainable, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance.

Competenze

• Must hold a current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification per state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and care needs.

Mansioni

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Follow the 5 Rights of Medication Administration at all times.
• Document medication administration in eMAR/TAR.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nurse or Wellness Director.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in required systems.
