Responsibilities

• Pour, pass, and chart medications.
• Perform accucheck.
• Preserve the dignity and self-respect of all residents.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents and records.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Complete charting and incident reports.
• Attend all required trainings and in-services.
• Ordering medications.
• Contact Doctors and outside agencies.
