Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. The role involves administering prescribed medications, maintaining MARs, and supporting an organized, safe living environment.

You will participate in activity planning, respond to emergencies, and communicate resident status to the health care team and families as needed. A positive, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required and completion of the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing from the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice and complete EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies and report incidents.
• Plan and participate in activity programs and maintain daily logs.
• Attend medication trainings and pass medication observations annually.
• Communicate status and changes to the HCD and family as needed.
• Wear designated uniform and maintain professional conduct at all times.
