Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is hiring a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. The role includes administration of prescribed medications within scope, responding to resident needs, and maintaining medication documentation.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days), and both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.

Qualifications

• CNA credential and Med Tech license required; CPR/First Aid cert required or willing to obtain within 60 days.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report incidents and care concerns to the RN/LPN/HCD as appropriate.
• Maintain medication cart and complete med cart audits; document in EMAR/MAR.
• Support residents and families; document status and plan in Daily Log.
