Responsibilities include supporting residents with activities of daily living, documenting accurately in EMAR/MAR, and maintaining the medication cart. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable within 60 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must pass 2 medication observations annually and pass medication cart audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with residents, families and staff.

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain the medication cart as directed; document in EMAR/MAR.
