Cogir Senior Living is seeking Medication Technicians (Med Tech - CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate resident care in a team-based environment. You will assist with medication administration, monitor residents, and support daily living activities while following individualized care plans.

The role requires a valid CNA/HCA license, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and current First Aid/ CPR certification.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication as per care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide emotional support and participate in life enrichment activities.
• Promote open communication among residents, families and staff.
• Support in activities of daily living and ensure resident safety and comfort.
