Cogir Senior Living seeks a Medication Technician (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate med administration and daily living support for residents. You will follow care plans, document changes, manage inventory, and coordinate with pharmacies in a team-focused environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid CNA/HCA license, current First Aid/CPR, and willingness to obtain Nurse Delegation or Diabetes certs. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication as per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in inventory management and coordinate medication re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
