Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech - CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, administering medications and supporting daily living activities in alignment with personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration as per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and storage, coordinate re-orders with pharmacies as needed.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
