Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Lead Medication Technician (Med Tech/CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, focusing on medication administration and daily living activities. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and follow personalized care plans to support comfort and well-being.

Requirements include 2+ years med administration, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state medication administration license (CNA/HCA) or equivalent.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and ensure safety protocols.
• Train and mentor staff on medication management practices.
• Coordinate with Health and Wellness Director to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and audits.
• Assist with scheduling and daily resident activities per care plans.
