Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide compassionate care and assist with daily activities for residents. You will administer prescribed medications within scope, document in EMAR/MAR, and maintain accurate daily logs while supporting a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, conducting medication cart audits, and communicating clearly with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must complete Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Must satisfactorily pass medication observations annually.
• Must attend required medication administration education annually.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and with mobility.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Maintain medication cart and complete audits.
• Report incidents and changes in resident status to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in activity planning and resident move-in transitions as needed.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
