Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Hershey, PA is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities, including medication administration within the established scope of practice.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days), and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend and holiday shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to RN/LPN or supervisor.
• Maintain medication cart and EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Attend medication training and complete in-services as scheduled.
• Provide emotional support during move-in transitions and assist with transfers.
