Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Med Tech to provide medication assistance and daily living support to residents in a caring, compliant environment. The role requires completion of the Medication Aide Course, active CNA and Med Tech licenses, and the ability to lift and assist residents.

You will document in EMAR/MAR, perform cart audits, and report to the Health Care Director (HCD) as needed. Harmony offers competitive benefits, training and career ladders.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Must complete the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Document resident status and information in EMAR/MAR and Daily Log.
• Re-order meds, communicate changes with pharmacy and families as needed.
• Report incidents and care concerns to HCD/RN/LPN.
• Attend training, participate in activity planning, and respond to emergencies.
