Job summary

Waltonwood is seeking a Med Tech to provide compassionate care to residents, assist with daily activities, and coordinate withCaregivers and the Wellness team. The role includes medication administration, safety promotion, and reporting changes to physicians and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• In North Carolina, CNA required.
• Caregiving or Med Tech experience required.
• Experience with elderly and memory impairment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and document per protocols.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident independence.
• Participate in shift change communications to update status and needs.
• Perform janitorial tasks as needed and support safety initiatives.
• Act as shift supervisor to ensure care needs are met.
