Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) for a hospital-based, inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana.

These full-time, on-site roles offer multiple shifts with strong nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive leadership, and a culture of teamwork. New grads are encouraged to apply, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or endorsement/compact).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be active or within 6 months of hire.
• No minimum experience required; Med/Surg or Pediatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Provide leadership on the floor to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and discharge coordination.
