Key People is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical/Surgical unit in Great Falls, MT. This hospital-based role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and a supportive environment.

We offer a retention bonus and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for professional growth in an inpatient setting. Multiple shifts available and on-site work only.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (compact/endorsement eligible).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• Med/Surg or Pediatric nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Solid IV insertion and basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Act as a clinical leader on the floor supporting LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and coordinate discharges.
