Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Document status, interventions and outcomes accurately and timely; use IT to support decision-making.
• Promote patient safety, advocate for patients, and educate patients/families.
