Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing and RN license required.
• State RN license in the state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work, lift up to 50 lbs, occasional; up to 20 lbs; constant up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care; observe outcomes with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts with accurate documentation; use IT to support decision making.
