Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, advancing modern nursing through compassionate care.

You will promote optimal patient health, safety, and well-being through the nursing process, documenting care and outcomes, and providing patient/family education in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
• Active RN License in state of employment
• CPR/BLS certification required
• ACLS, ENPC/PALS, NIHSS, NRP, TNCC required within specified timeframe
• Ability to perform nursing procedures and document care accurately

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual domains.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wounds, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate patient records and use IT to communicate and support decisions.
