Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Medium work exertion; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, and chart reviews.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes with the care team.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and use IT to communicate and support decisions.
• Advocate for patient safety and provide education to patients and families.
